Matt Scott BA (Hons.)

Developed over the past 27 years, the Matt Scott Training System conditions the body by teaching functional movement patterns that develop a strong core, hips and lower back to improve athletic performance and protect against injury. With consideration to postural type and individual 'stability weaknesses' the system challenges the body by introducing progressively more complex movements to achieve all over tone and cardiovascular fitness, without the aches and pains so often associated with gym training. Exercise modes include TRX, VIPR, SAQ, Boxing, Kettlebells and Pilates.

Matt has used his integrated training approach to great success having trained Olympic Gold and Silver medallists, and round the world Yachtswoman Ellen MacArthur. Aside from personal training Matt has lectured on the topic of core stability, been a regular contributor to Holland & Barrett's 'Healthy Magazine', appeared as a guest expert on Channel 4's '10 Years Younger', and lectured to the Chelsea Football Club Training Academy.


Michele Worsley Scott

Michele has 20 years experience in the fitness industry, both as a group fitness trainer, and personal trainer.
With a background in free-weight training, Michele understands the importance of correct lifting technique, which underpins all the work she does with her clients. That coupled with her qualification in Weight Management Counselling and an expert understanding of modern functional exercise such as Kettlebell, VIPR and Harness training, enables Michele to deliver great results for a variety of different training goals.
Outside of the studio Michele is a keen amateur runner and mother of four children, thus fully understands the challenge of staying in shape and keeping up with a young family! 


Mark Davis

Marks fitness journey began on the hockey field in Australia. Having suffered a career ending car accident he turned a negative into a positive whilst undergoing rehabilitation for a back injury and became personal trainer to help others move and feel well.

10 years later and at full fitness Mark loves competitive sport and pushing himself and clients physically and mentally. He doesn’t take himself too seriously and holds the record for funniest best man speech in the UK and Australia.  


Magda Motkowicz

Magda is a 10 time marathon runner, who is currently in training for the Comrades Ultra Marathon. She is a qualified Performance Matrix Movement Analyst, which is the world's most comprehensive movement screening & retraining program for improving core stability.

With expert knowledge of Vipr Training, Kettlebells, TRX and Garuda Pilates, Magda's holistic approach gets great results with fat loss, postural correction, sports conditioning and strengthening the body as a whole.

Magda regularly liaises with the therapists at Beyond Health helping patients to return to exercise after injury or surgery.
